Zoom's built-in follow-up fires on a schedule, not when the recording is ready, and it cannot know the recording link in advance. So every week someone exports the registrant list and sends it by hand.
Zoom's follow-up goes out "X hours after the webinar" whether or not the recording has finished processing. The replay link is a manual text box with a 7-day window people miss.

Meetings are ignored today, even ones with registration. If you need meeting support, tell us. It is the most requested addition.
Yes. Each occurrence gets its own send, matched to the registrants and attendees of that occurrence.
We wait a configurable delay (15 minutes by default), then retry the report three more times over half an hour. If it never appears, every registrant receives the attendee email and the send is flagged so you know.

Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link and List-Unsubscribe headers. Unsubscribes, bounces and complaints go on your account's suppression list and are skipped for every future webinar.
